If you, as an employer, have been refused work permit, here are some tips that will be useful when re-submitting documents.
1️⃣ Check whether your company has a quota for attracting foreign labor force in the region. Akimat issues work permits within allocated quota (cl. 14 of the Rules*).
2️⃣ Make sure that the submitted documents are complete and correct. Full list of documents is provided by Appendix 3 to the Rules.
3️⃣ Make certain that a foreign employee has the required qualification to occupy a vacant position: education, work experience level.
4️⃣ Check whether a job title (position) is correctly matched in accordance with the qualification reference books
5️⃣ Ensure that a foreign employee meets all qualification requirements of the abovementioned reference books.
According to the current rules, employers have the right to appeal a decision of Akimat in case of disagreement with the results of the rendered public service.
