If your organization is hosting a foreign national — whether in a hotel, guesthouse, rented accommodation, or as an employer — you are required to submit an arrival notification. This must be done within 3 working days from:
the date the foreign national enters the Republic of Kazakhstan, or
the date their residential address changes within Kazakhstan.
