Aidana coordinates work on projects in Almaty, Shymkent, Almaty and Zhambyl regions. She has experience of working with the largest Kazakhstani and international companies from various sectors of the economy. Aidana has experience working with companies such as Mastercard, Microsoft, HP, HPE, Honeywell, Caterpillar, Kimberly Clark, Mars, PepsiCo and Procter&Gamble.

She received her bachelor's degree at Nazarbayev University. She is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, English, Turkish, and also has an elementary level in Spanish.
