Due to the integration of the Enbek information system and the Migration Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan, employers must pay special attention to ensuring that information is entered correctly when registering employment contracts with foreign workers.
One of the key steps is selecting the correct category for the foreign worker. When registering an employment contract with a citizen of an EAEU member state in the Enbek system, you must select the basis “Foreigners who are citizens of EAEU member states.” Based on this information, the data is automatically transferred to the Migration Service’s information system.
❗️If the incorrect basis is selected during registration, the foreign worker’s data will not appear in the Migration Service’s database.
As a result, the authorized agency will be unable to issue or extend a temporary residence permit (TRP), since information regarding the worker’s employment will be missing from the system.
In practice, such errors lead to delays in processing migration documents, the need to correct information in the employment contract, and the need to repeat certain procedures.
