We assign a personal consultant to each client, who is responsible for the process, monitors deadlines, and provides the client with a status about each stage of work. The client gets the result without being immersed in the complexity of the whole process.
How we work

we consult with the client: we discuss the issues that have arisen, explain the specifics of legalization for the required country, terms and other conditions

we analyze documents requiring legalization (the presence of the signature and seal of an authorized person, etc.)

we define an action plan with the client, conclude a contract for the provision of services

we begin the process: we coordinate documents with authorized bodies, consulates, check the availability of signature and seal samples in the database of the DCS of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

we prepare a package of necessary documents: we collect, translate and notarize them in accordance with the requirements of each individual consulate
6
we represent and defend the interests of the client in the process in all government agencies, consulates
7
we provide the client with the result. We advise on related issues, deadlines, and give our recommendations
