The Neo Nomad Visa is a unique opportunity for travelers from all over the world. It allows foreign citizens to remain mobile, work remotely for their foreign company, and reside in Kazakhstan for a year.
What is the validity period
of the Neo Nomad Visa?
The visa is issued for up to 1 year with the possibility of extension. The processing time takes no more than 5 working days.
What documents are required
for application?
  • A bank statement for the last 6 months confirming a stable monthly income of over 3,000 USD

  • A tax return issued by the competent authority of the country of citizenship

  • A document confirming the absence of a criminal record, issued by the authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence

  • Medical insurance covering the entire validity period of the visa

  • An invitation (not required for citizens of 48 countries included in the list* of economically developed, politically, and migrationally stable states)

  • Visa extension: The visa can be extended for up to 1 year based on a petition submitted by the applicant to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RoK

  • Who is it for: Citizens of all countries working remotely with a permanent income from foreign sources. Family members and dependents of the primary visa holder are issued a visa for the validity period of the primary holder's visa.
