Having trouble applying for an e-visa through the Visa and Migration Portal? In that case, you can use an alternative method to submit your application—through the QazETA mobile app.

➡️ To apply for an e-visa, the host party in Kazakhstan must first obtain a visa invitation number from the Migration Service.

🔹 Once the visa number has been obtained, the foreign citizen can submit an application through the QazETA app by following a few simple steps:

✔️ Enter the invitation details;
✔️ Complete the video identification process;
✔️ Pay the consular fee.

Once the application has been successfully processed, the e-visa will be available in the “My Applications” section of the QazETA app. Before traveling, you must print out the e-visa and present it to border control officers upon entry into Kazakhstan.

🔺 Please note: Entry with an e-visa is only possible through international airports in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
