We provide the following services:
- consulting on each stage of obtaining work permit and employment of a foreign employee in Kazakhstan
- receiving work permits under the standard procedure, intra-corporate transfer, secondment of a foreign specialist in accordance with clause 35 of the Rules for issuing work permits (without incorporation of the Branch/Representative office or under service agreement)
- extension of work permits validity
- replacement of a foreign employee
- obtaining a duplicate of work permit
- preparation and submission of the annual quota request
- submission of a monthly report to the employment department
- reissuance of work permit due to change of the company details, passport data of a foreign employee
- cancellation of work permit
- refund of the state fee for issuance of work permit at the employment department
We assign a personal consultant to each client, who is responsible for the process, monitors deadlines, and provides weekly updated status on each stage of work. Client gets the result without being immersed in the complexity of the entire process.
How we work
we consult the client on the entire process, deadlines and general requirements for a foreign candidate and employer
we define an action plan with the client, conclude a contract for the services provision
we analyze and evaluate the qualifications of a foreign candidate (education, work experience background) in order to minimize the risks of refusal in work permit
we match the position in accordance with the provided personal documents of a foreigner and qualification requirements
we prepare and submit all necessary documents via the E-license portal
we coordinate the translation and notarization of a foreigner's personal documents
we collect the signed applications/documents from the client's office ourselves
we instruct the client regarding payment of the state fee for issuance/renewal of work permit
we undertake all work on liaising, correspondence with the employment department/akimat, as well as promptly provide answers if any questions
we represent the client's interests of the client at the meeting of the Committee for issuing work permits
