Adeliya is coordinating work on projects in Almaty, Almaty region. She has an experience of working with the largest Kazakhstani and international companies, such as: STADA, Nokia, Yokogawa Electric, Lotte Rakhat, AVC, etc.

She has graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations MGIMO (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation) in the field of "International relations and Governmnetal Affairs" and also obtained her Master's degree with Honors in the field of "Foreign Policy and diplomacy of Russia". Speaks Kazakh, Russian, English, French, Turkish.
