If you want to visit Kazakhstan for the purpose of installation, repair and maintenance of equipment, or for the purpose of providing consulting or audit services, you will need to apply for a business visa B2. Such a visa can be for single-entry and multiple-entry.
Multiple entry visa is issued for up to 180 calendar days with a right to stay for up to 90 calendar days in total.
With multiple-entry business visa, a foreigner can stay in the country continuously for up to 90 calendar days or enter the RoK for a shorter period, cumulatively not exceeding 90 calendar days within 180 calendar days.
The main document for multiple-entry business visa is a copy of the agreement/contract confirming the business nature of travel to Kazakhstan (this requirement does not apply to citizens from the list of economically developed, politically and migratory stable states).
Such contract must be concluded between the inviting party in Kazakhstan and a foreign company that sends foreign specialists to the project in the RoK.
