Induction on migration rules

Quick familiarization of a foreign worker with the procedure for staying in the country, rules of conduct at/outside work, with recommendations for preventing
administrative violations
The purpose of the induction is to prevent negative consequences and risks for the employer/inviting company from possible violations by foreign workers during their entry, exit and stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The main objective of the induction is to explain to the foreign employee his responsibilities to comply with migration requirements and the responsibility for violating them (fine, arrest, deportation, entry ban/issuance of visas).

Relevance

In practice, foreigners commit administrative violations due to ignorance. And this entails negative consequences both for the foreigner himself and for the organization that invited him. Therefore, it is important for the employer to familiarize arriving foreign workers with migration rules.

When developing the briefing, we tried to take into account all the recommendations, wishes of HR managers and specialists, employees of visa departments and permits in working with foreign specialists.

Particular emphasis is placed on providing useful information about what a foreigner can and cannot do during his stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan, what to do if he loses his passport, is detained, removed from a flight, and much more.
Benefit for the client
  • saving the employer's time and effort - you will no longer have to explain to foreign employees the procedure and conditions of stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan
  • reducing the company's risks due to non-compliance with migration legislation by foreigners (fines, black list)
  • explanation of the main duties of a foreign employee, his responsibility during his stay in the Republic of Kaxzakhstan
  • development of recommendations and approaches to preventing violations of migration rules and labor conflicts in the company
  • signing by a foreign employee of an obligation to familiarize himself with and comply with the migration legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
