Since January 22, 2023, amendments to the "Rules for issuing temporary and permanent residence permits to foreigners and stateless persons in the Republic of Kazakhstan" have come into force
Now, when applying for a temporary residence permit (TRP), in addition to the list of documents, it is necessary to provide a notarized consent to the residence of an immigrant from the owner of the property.
Also, when submitting documents from a proxy, it is necessary to provide a notarized power of attorney from the owner of the housing.
How to get consent from the owner?
The owner of the property can apply to any notary and issue a consent. At the same time, the personal presence of a foreign citizen will not be required.
