Migration registration: TRP and notifications
WPK consults and accompanies its clients on the issues of migration registration of the foreigners in Kazakhstan
We provide the following services upon arrival of foreign citizens in Kazakhstan:
- preparation and submission of a notification of a foreigner's stay in Kazakhstan to the migration service
- submission of a notification on departure of a foreigner to other regions of Kazakhstan, on change of temporary residence address
- informing the migration service about stay of family members
- processing a temporary residence permit (TRP) for citizens of the CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan), as well as for citizens of the Eurasian Economic Union countries (Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan)
- extension of TRP at the migration service and public service center
- registration of TRP for family members
We assign a personal consultant to each client, who is responsible for the process, monitors deadlines, and provides the client with updated status on each stage of work.
How we work

we consult the client on the process, deadlines and general requirements

we define an action plan with the client, conclude a contract for the services provision

we prepare and submit all required documents, including via the visa and migration portal ourselves
4
we coordinate the translation and notarization of personal documents when necessary (marriage / birth certificates, foreign residence permit / pink card, etc.)
5
we collect the signed applications/documents from the client's office
6
we cooperate with the migration and border service
